Made up a beautiful and nutritious platter of dipped fruit yesterday to bring to my spin class this morning…thought I’d share the recipe for the dipped citrus…very different and yummie!!!

6 Tangerines or Oranges or Clementines, peeled and segmented

1 3.5 ounce chocolate bar (use good quality)

Coarse Sea Salt

Melt chocolate in a double boiler or add the chocolate to a stainless steel mixing bowl and place it over a pan of boiling water until melted.  Dip half the oranges segments in the chocolate.  Sprinkle with sea salt and place on a sheet of waxed paper until chocolate hardens.

You can also use strawberries and white chocolate, however don’t add the salt on the strawberries….enjoy!

Admiring the time and effort you put into your site and detailed information you provide.
It’s great to come across a blog every once
in a while that isn’t the same out of date rehashed information.

Excellent read! I’ve saved your site and I’m
including your RSS feeds to my Google account.

    I’m amazed, I must say. Rarely do I encounter a blog that’s
both educative and entertaining, and without a doubt, you have
hit the nail on the head. The problem is an issue that not
enough folks are speaking intelligently about. I’m very
happy I came across this in my hunt for something regarding this.
