Chocolate Dipped Tangerines/Oranges/Clementines

Made up a beautiful and nutritious platter of dipped fruit yesterday to bring to my spin class this morning…thought I’d share the recipe for the dipped citrus…very different and yummie!!!

6 Tangerines or Oranges or Clementines, peeled and segmented

1 3.5 ounce chocolate bar (use good quality)

Coarse Sea Salt

Melt chocolate in a double boiler or add the chocolate to a stainless steel mixing bowl and place it over a pan of boiling water until melted.  Dip half the oranges segments in the chocolate.  Sprinkle with sea salt and place on a sheet of waxed paper until chocolate hardens.

You can also use strawberries and white chocolate, however don’t add the salt on the strawberries….enjoy!

Peanut Butter Cheesecake Bar’s

This is one very easy and tasty treat, guaranteed to delight the entire family…made these for my spin class yesterday as a birthday surprise for one of my members…they were a bit hit….enjoy!
